There will be two "mommy and me" yoga lessons. First session is for 0-3 year olds, second session is for for 3-6 year olds. Cost is $5 for members and $10 for non members. Families are welcome to attend both sessions but should register for both if that is the plan.
Please bring a yoga mat and wear activewear. No experience needed.
